Review content
Submit, approve, request changes, and move work through configured review stages.
A review workflow tracks editorial readiness separately from Draft, Published, Changed, or Archived status.
Access
Reading review state requires backend.read, collaboration.read, and access to the target. Review actions require collaboration.review. Publishing still requires the applicable content or Release permission.
Move work through review
- Find Review in entry details, on an asset, or beside a Release.
- Read the current stage and approval count.
- Choose an allowed next stage, or select Submit.
- Reviewers select Approve, or enter a reason and select Request changes.
- Publish only when the stage is publishable and has enough valid approvals.
The Admin app does not currently provide reviewer assignment or review override controls. A person who made the latest delivery-affecting change cannot satisfy their own required approval. Delivery-affecting edits reset approvals; comments and schedule metadata do not.
