Find content
Search, filter, sort, page through, and select content.
Access
You need backend.read and content.read, scoped to the relevant Content types and locales.
Narrow the list
- Open Content and choose All content, Recent, Scheduled, or a Content type.
- Enter keywords in Search.
- Add filters. All content supports Status and Type; a Content type list also exposes its model fields.
- Sort by Updated, Created, or Published, then toggle the direction.
- Choose 10, 25, 50, or 100 Rows and use Previous or Next.
Recent means updated in the last seven days. Scheduled means an entry has a future individual publish time. Model-field sorting is not available.
Use a per-Content-type list when you need model-field filters or bulk actions. A missing Content type can mean your content.read scope does not include it, or that it does not exist in this Backend.
