Troubleshooting

Diagnose account, content, upload, preview, import, delivery, and MCP problems.

Start with the visible action that failed. Record the Organization, Backend, type, item, time, and exact message, but never copy secrets.

Symptom What to check
Cannot sign in The deployment’s configured Google domain, callback, and trusted origins.
Menu or action is missing The required permission and resource scope, then whether the model or item exists.
Save reports a version conflict Reload, review the newer version, and reapply your change.
Publish is blocked Field validation, Review, and active Release ownership.
Upload or preview fails Supported file or preview target, then ask an operator to check storage or origin policy.
Delivery request fails Credential type and scope, Backend, locale, filter, or cursor.
Webhook, import, or agent task fails Open the dedicated guide for its status and diagnostic controls.

Before retrying, check whether the original action already succeeded. Bulk actions can partially complete, so a blind retry can repeat work.

Do not include credentials, private content, or personal data in logs or screenshots. Jetrepo does not define a public support SLA, rate limit, or universal infrastructure capacity guarantee.
