Find assets by type, kind, search, or preview.
Access
You need backend.read and content.read, scoped to the permitted Asset types.
Find an asset
- Open Media.
- Choose All assets, Images, Videos, Files, or an Asset type.
- Enter keywords in Search and optionally filter by Status.
- Select the Updated column heading to change sort direction.
- Select Load more to add the next 50 results.
- Open the asset and check its filename, Asset type, kind, size, status, and preview.
A missing preview can mean the format is unsupported, file processing is incomplete, or storage cannot serve the file. The asset editor currently has no locale, schedule, version-history, archive, or delete controls.
Asset type links depend on both the Backend model and your effective access.
