Restore content history
Compare revisions, restore a field, or restore a saved version.
Jetrepo adds a version to history each time an entry is published, not each time it is saved.
Access
You need backend.read and content.read to inspect history. Reverting or restoring also requires content.update with matching scope.
Restore previous values
- In entry details, select Version history.
- Select Compare beside a version.
- Reload the entry, reopen the same comparison, then choose Revert on one differing field or Restore entire version for all fields.
- Inspect the working entry immediately after the restore.
- Publish separately if delivery should change.
Comparison uses the selected locale for translatable fields and the default locale for shared fields. Assets do not currently have a history screen.
